S. Deenadayalan is a HR professional doing pioneering work in the field of High Performance Work System. He is currently the Founder & Managing Director of CEO (Centre for Excellence in organization Pvt Ltd). By establishing an Organization of his dream, he offers guidance for strategic and management development to various Indian corporate houses and Multinational conglomerates.
Deen’s academic profile includes graduation in sociology and postgraduate diploma in social work. He has been trained in US and Canada on High Performance Work System. He has been awarded the "Best Community Outreach Award" by Dupont -USA.
Formerly he was Director (Business Services & HR), Dupont and has held various positions which include Vice President (HR) - ITC, G.M (HR) - Titan. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of HR and strategic business processes.
He has been consulting to various organizations in India including Fortune 500 companies. Through his innovative empowerment model he brings in mind set change for delivering business value. Apart from business consultancy, contributes his time and effort to develop and sustain community development initiatives in Social Service Organizations like Dr. Reddys Foundation, M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, etc. Deen has authored various articles in leading Newspapers and magazines. He has also presented various papers in National and International Conferences on various Human Resource practices and systems.Deena’s passion areas are Organization Visioning, Leadership Mentoring and Coaching, Developing Organizational Capability, HR Strategies & Systems Development.

Mr. N Thangamani, Veteran HR who have associated with TVS flagship company, Sundaram Clayton Limited - First Company in India to challenge the Deming Award and Japan Quality Award and TPM. He is one of the Key pillars in this achievement. After His meritorious 42 years of service he retired as VP (Personnel) in Sundaram Clayton Limited
In his 42 years of career, He has exposed to entire gamut of Business & Operational HR including Organizational restructuring, Potential based compensation systems, Performance & Policy Management, Union management, Quality management Systems, Lean manufacturing and List goes on. Also he has been instrumental in 3 Green Field Projects for Sundaram Clayton Limited. He is credited for initiatives for a Productivity oriented welfare schemes and Employee development schemes. His Initiatives have resulted in Substantial productivity Improvements
He is a Post Graduate from MSSW. Also He is a certified MBTI practitioner and a certified Internal Auditor for EMS. He is associated with many Japanese Professors and Consultants during implementation of TPM, Deming and Japanese Quality awards.
Apart from above he has been actively participating in Training and Development which is his passion. Some of program which he has been actively involved in Planning Designing, Training on HR topics and Behavioural skills

C. Eashwer is a Global Techno-entrepreneur turned into a Trainer & ISO Auditor. He has more than 3 decades of experience in Singapore, India as well as South-East Asia with experience in organizations like NTTF, Titan among many other multi-nationals. He has been a trainer & Auditor for ISO, TQM & related Industrial Management Systems. He is a certified Lead Assessor & has assessed several companies in Singapore, India among others on behalf of BVQ, TUV & other ISO certifying agencies. His experience in various Management areas including HR, Marketing & Sales, Strategy provide the right insights for management students to become successful. Currently he is Chief Operating Officer for Enhance Academy (India) Pvt Ltd.
Bobby Mathew, Director - Enhance Academy (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Bobby, with an experience of over a decade in HR and HR related services, is a graduate Mechanical engineer, with Masters in Labour Law and Post graduation in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis. He has hands on consulting experience in Competency Assessment & Profiling, TQM and Skill Matrix in organizations like BEML, Kinetic Engineering, TVSE, MM Forging and PepsiCo. He also carries an experience of working with Rane Madras Limited, Intelligroup Asia in Career & Succession Management. His Passion Areas include Value Stream Mapping, Skill Blocks Design, PMS, Competency Mapping & Business Diversifications. He with his innate HR, people friendly skills combined with a rich experience in the manufacturing and IT sectors makes himself the unique choice for Recruitment & Staffing in the IT & Non IT industries spread across Asia & Africa. Currently he is one of the Directors of Enhance Academy (India) Pvt Ltd.
Sarma PVBP, Director - Enhance Academy (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Sarma has been consulting Multi-National & Indian corporates in India & South-East Asia, for nearly a decade in the areas of Strategic HR, Productivity improvement, Training & Facilitation. He brings to the table his Engineering background and a post-graduation degree from IIM Calcutta in General Management. He was part of the CEO group for more than 7 years. As a part of the CEO team, he has consulted many Indian and Multi-National companies including GMR, Pioneer Hy-Bred International (A DuPont Company), CavinKare, VKL among others in India. His international experience includes setting up a Corporate HR team and implementation of Self Directed Work Team, Conducting competency Assessment Centres and Competency Modeling apart from designing latest Compensation practices. His high passion and energy levels have produced significant results to the clients. As the head of Indonesian operations he was responsible to set-up the operational base and handle clients like Indorama, Busana Apparels as a Strategic HR Consultant for strategizing Human Resource & Senior Recruitments related activities to boost the organizational bottom-line & improve employee retention. His passion areas include Competency Based Management Systems, Performance Management Systems, High Performance Work Systems and HR Systems & Process Implementation. Currently he is one of the Directors of Enhance Academy (India) Pvt Ltd, & for over last 1 year has been facilitating the augmenting the employability of individuals, students & augmenting the capability of professionals to boost their career
