 S.Deenadayalan is a HR professional doing pioneering work in the field of High Performance Work System. He is currently the Founder & Managing Director of CEO (Centre for Excellence in organization Pvt Ltd). By establishing an Organization of his dream, he offers guidance for strategic and management development to various Indian corporate houses and Multinational conglomerates. Those who have been associated with S. Deenadayalan call him Deen alias Deena.
Deen’s academic profile includes graduation in sociology and postgraduate diploma in social work. He has been trained in US and Canada on High Performance Work System. He has been awarded the "Best Community Outreach Award" by Dupont -USA.
Formerly he was Director (Business Services & HR), Dupont and has held various positions which include Vice President (HR) - ITC, G.M (HR) - Titan. He has over 30 years of experience in the field of HR and strategic business processes.
He has been consulting to various organizations in India including Fortune 500 companies. Through his innovative empowerment model he brings in mind set change for delivering business value. Apart from business consultancy, contributes his time and effort to develop and sustain community development initiatives in Social Service Organizations like Dr. Reddys Foundation, M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, etc. Deen has authored various articles in leading Newspapers and magazines. He has also presented various papers in National and International Conferences on various Human Resource practices and systems.
Deena’s passion areas are Organization Visioning, Leadership Mentoring and Coaching, Developing Organizational Capability, HR Strategies & Systems Development.
S. KARTHIKEYAN, Head - Organization Development
 Karthikeyan is a HR professional with passion for systems thinking doing outstanding work in the field of organization systems analysis & institutionalization. He is currently the Senior Consultant, and also the Head for R&D operations of CEO.
Karthik’s academic profile includes graduation in business administration and postgraduate in social work. He has been trained in Assessment Development Center workshops. He has been consulting to various organizations in India like Pepsi, IOCL, Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories, Triesta Sciences, Matrix Laboratories, and Saint Gobain. International assignment includes facilitation of Competency Mapping in Kobe and Tenega– Malaysia, TVS.
Karthik is a visiting faculty for management institutes and is also a trainer cum faculty on competency mapping and development. His passion areas include Nurturing High Performance Teams, Competency Evaluation & Profiling, Compensation Structuring, Performance Management System, Organizations Surveys, and Resource Optimization.
K. MAHENDRAN. Head – Team Interventions & Information Systems
 A technical savvy turned HR professional with over 8 plus years of rich experience - Started his career in DuPont as production planner and has played various roles like Area Leader, Team Leader, and SAP key user before joining CEO.
He was part of the High Performance Work System implementation team in DuPont – He has helped more than 15 organizations in the last 5 years as a consultant across India to implement High Performance Work system, Balance Score Card, Assessment & Development centre and various other HR systems like Career & Succession Management, Performance Management etc. He is called “Mahe” by his fellow colleagues. Some of the Clients he handled are Pepsi, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Cavinkare, Take Solutions, GRO, VKL, PHI Seeds, Matrix
Bobby Mathew – Head - Business & Operations, CEO TalentSearch
 A graduate Mechanical engineer, with Masters in labour Law and a Postgraduate in Human Resource management from Symbiosis with 8 + Years of Experience. His Passion Areas are designing the Value stream mapping, skill blocks & Competency Mapping & Business Diversifications. Bobby has hands on experience in competency mapping, TQM and skill matrix. He has consulting experience on the same for Kinetic Engineering, TVSE, MM forging, BEML and PepsiCo.  A Post Graduate in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations and a qualified analyst Information technology area. He is associated with CEO (Centre for excellence in organisation) for the past 6 years and he is currently leading international operations (South Asia Pacific Region)
He has had hands on implementation experience in building High Performing teams in organisations and had been identified as a qualified facilitator working closely with the grass root employees, and Top management to bring in change in work behaviours and practices aligned with organisational strategic goals.
He had been working with brands like PepsiCo, Dr. Reddy Laboratory (Based in India) and, Kobe, Jabil and Komag (International) to facilitate change
He comes brings innovative approaches, with a blend of Application Oriented Training, Systems implementation and Computer programming skills. "Group Capt. (Retd.) Shashi Nair

 Product of the Hyderabad Public School, National Defence Academy, Flying Instructors School & Defence Services Staff College. He has flown MiG 21 fighter aircraft and has been a flying instructor for most of his 26 year Air Force career. He was also an Interviewing Officer for four years at an Air Force Selection Board from where he retired as the Deputy President. He had a short stint with ICFAI National College as the Regional Manager, Training and Placement before taking over as Manager of Flight Operations of Air Deccan at Hyderabad.
